„In my practice as a general doctor, I treat people - whether healthy or ill - holistically, i.e. as a complex unit of body, mind and soul. Behind many illnesses there are often psychological issues. Therefore, my diagnostics also include the Self-Exploration-Instruments (SEI). On the one hand, these provide information about how illnesses develop, and on the other hand, they reveal resources and solutions. Coaching and therapy mean to me to accompany people on the path of (self-)healing.“

„To maintain physical and mental health, we need orientation and should know ways that suit our respective circumstances and can be implemented sustainably in everyday life. The basis for this is provided by self-exploration instruments (SEI), which show us who we are and what we want. By working with self-exploration instruments (SEI), people become protagonists of their own lives, health and healing. Self-exploration instruments (SEI) provide impulses for a lifestyle that enables health, meaning and well-being in harmony with our fellow human beings and the world around us.“
