YOU feel alive?

Clarity about this
will empower you!

What is a healthy, successful and happy life for you?

This question has moved us all since Adam and Eve. Many and wise answers have been formulated throughout the ages. And yet, each one of us has to answer it anew, again and again.

Why? Because we are unique individuals who are constantly evolving. As such, we want to grow and thrive in synch with ourselves and positive resonance with our environment. This is exactly where the Diagnosco instruments for self-exploration offer valuable, orientation-giving support.

"Diagnosco" means: I know by differentiating. Diagnosco instruments show you where and how you "make a difference". You understand more clearly and deeply what does good to you and how you can do good at the best. The Diagnosco instruments draw on modern psychological research as well as on treasures of ancient wisdom traditions.

Above the entrance to the temple of Apollo in ancient Delphi, was once engraved the sentence: "Know thyself!" A helpful step towards this in the digital age reads: "Explore yourself!" Our Diagnosco instruments for self-exploration were created exactly for this purpose. Try them out!

What do you get out of the Diagnosco Self-Exploration Instruments (SEI)?

They reveal what makes you "tick" in the current phase of your life. They cover a wide range of topics and give you an illuminating orientation for shaping your life in a fulfilling way.

The following life themes are being highlighted:

  • enjoy-o-graph: What makes you feel good and what promotes your mental balance?
  • mental-o-graph: Which mentalities, mindsets, values are stronger in you, which are weaker?
  • vital-o-graph: Which life goals do you pursue more, which less?
  • compet-o-graph ME: Which life and work competencies are more developed in you, and which are less developed - from your point of view?
  • compet-o-graph YOU: Which life and work competencies are more developed in you, and which are less developed - from the point of view of others?
  • vocat-o-graph: What makes you blossom at work? How do you find professional fulfillment? What is your vocation?
  • boss-o-graph: What kind of behavior do you wish for from your boss? How well does he/she fulfill your wishes?
  • lead-o-graph: As a leader, which behavioral wishes of employees do you enjoy fulfilling?
  • spirit-o-graph: What are you looking for in your spiritual or religious life?
  • expand-o-graph: Where do you want to grow as a human being?
  • percept-o-graph: How do you perceive the world with your senses?
  • partner-o-graph: What is a fulfilling partnership for you?
  • sex-o-graph: What are you currently searching for in sex?

Most important!

Diagnosco Selbst-Exploration-Instruments (SEI) are not "tests" in which you can do well or badly. Neither are you compared to any norm in a population. This is only about you - and perhaps also about important people in your present life such as partners, superiors, employees or team members.

What makes the SEI unique?

Tests and other psycho-diagnostic devices have been and continue to be developed for specific problems (e.g., in research or clinical settings). The SEI were not developed to measure general personality traits such as the "Big Five". The SEI make visible desires and perceptions that have evolved from life experiences and can change accordingly. This is exactly where they are unique with their psychological models and their diagnostic methodology.

A good diagnostic tool is like a good map in an atlas. Different maps may all show the area of Europe, but each map illuminates something different (e.g., geography, flora, population density). In the same way, different psychodiagnostic devices illuminate different life topics of an individual.
